We are the starting point for all organization information. The data we provide helps our customers run their business successfully and in accordance with the law and regulations of the markets they operate in. We provide Entity data and Qualified financial content as services to the Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Analysts in a hybrid working environment, fostering collaboration
Allocate and review work, providing timely feedback to support high-quality outcomes and strong performance
Establish team capability by identifying skill gaps and supporting learning through coaching, mentoring, and targeted training
Set clear, achievable performance goals that align with customer expectations and quality standards
Provide team-level leadership and Content Set expertise to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Ensure customer queries and issues are resolved effectively, consistently, and in line with established policies
Facilitate regular performance and development discussions to support growth and career progression
Create a positive and engaging team environment that encourages adaptability in a changing business landscape
Oversee day-to-day operations, including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development
Collaborate across teams to facilitate cross-functional initiatives
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across complimentary e teams and customers
Understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with experience using tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
Relevant experience in content, data, or operations-focused roles, with a focus on quality and accuracy
Tried ability to support team development, encourage innovation, and supply to continuous improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
Ability to lead multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic, evolving environment
Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs, with willingness to work flexible schedules in a hybrid model
