Key Role & Responsibility :
Planning Key Users
Will become the factory’s experts in D365 for Planning / master planning function.
Understands the track processes
Might cover several tracks
Ensures that local processes fit the global processes
Will be hands-on in the site roll-out
Defines and tests business scenarios in their track(s)
Supports and trains local users in D365
As a Planning Key Users and Data Migration
Drives the local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex)
Ensures all items in scope are marked and categorized in the legacy system
Extracts data in scope from the legacy system
Ensures coherence in the data extracts
As a Planning Key User after Go Live
Coordinates track activities across sites
Governs’ and implements new processes after deployment
Super-user / point of contact for the processes after the site has gone live
As a Local Process Owner
Interface group to the Local Steering Committee
Owners of the business /delivery process scenarios for the track and responsible for the business scenario scope
Responsible for testing that the solution is acceptable
Responsible for local processes to fit OneERP Standard and local legal requirements
Responsible for securing that locally owned gaps are closed
Support end users in the change management
Responsible for the process / function benefit realisation post roll-out
Competencies:
Domain Knowledge :- Have a deep understanding of the business processes and best practice in the specific functional area on below:
Product and Product structure Knowledge.
Sales and operations planning
Forecast and MRP
Capacity for sites and products groups
Intercompany planning
Inventory management tools
Experience in Production Scheduling
Communication & Colaboration Skills :- English Fluency. Be able to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users
Leadership & Influence:- Advocate for D365 within their teams and influence colleagues positively, analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions
Technical Proficiency:- Become proficient in using D365. They will be the first support level and need to be fairly IT proficient
Continuous Learning:- Role continues after go-live, thus a desire to continuous improvement the solution locally is needed
Attension to detail:- Key users will configure system settings, define security roles and test functionality
Program Management: Exposure to small / medium / large scale program implementation is preferred.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Change Management: Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption
Experience:
5-8 Yerars relavant experience in Planning, Master Data Management & ERP in Manufacturing field.
Strong knowledge of Planning / master planning functions, processes, methodologies and tools.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Awaness or exposure to D 365 / ERP implementation will be preferred.
Physical & Environmental Factors
Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor – footwear, hearing, eyewear.
Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure).
