Job Title : Sales & Marketing Manager (Electrical Equipment)
Location: Jigni, Bengaluru Experience: 10–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and market expansion for electrical equipment & transformers.
Develop business with Utilities, Power Boards, Industrial Clients & EPCs.
Manage B2B sales, key accounts, and customer relationships.
Coordinate tendering activities and techno-commercial bid submissions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and industry requirements.
Qualification & Skills :
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical) | MBA Preferred
Strong experience in Transformer/Power Equipment Sales
Knowledge of Government Tendering & Procurement Processes
Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
Technical understanding of Electrical Products
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
