Learning & Development Associate / Sales Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Learning & Development Associate / Sales Trainer to support employee capability building across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering onboarding, sales, product, process, communication, and behavioral training programs that drive employee performance and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Content Development
Design, develop, and deliver training programs covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, process training, communication skills, and behavioral competencies.
Conduct new hire onboarding sessions covering company policies, products, processes, CRM tools, and role-specific expectations.
Create engaging learning content, including training decks, playbooks, SOPs, assessments, role plays, call simulations, and e-learning modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure training content remains updated and aligned with business objectives.
Coaching & Performance Improvement
Conduct coaching sessions focused on sales effectiveness, communication skills, customer interactions, and process adherence.
Review calls, audits, and performance data to identify skill gaps and provide actionable feedback.
Support managers in driving employee performance through targeted learning interventions.
Track training effectiveness through key metrics such as onboarding effectiveness, training completion, quality scores, productivity ramp-up, and learner engagement.
Process & Quality
Standardize training processes, knowledge resources, and learning frameworks across teams.
Conduct regular refresher training programs on product updates, process changes, CRM enhancements, and organizational initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Sales, Product, and HR teams to identify learning needs and drive continuous capability development.
Key Requirements
Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Sales Training, Product
Training, Process Training, or Talent Development.
Experience delivering sales training, product training, process training, communication
coaching, and behavioral training.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, LMS tools, PowerPoint, Canva, and other learning technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to drive learning outcomes.
High energy, adaptability, and a passion for developing people.
