About the Role

We're looking for a driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our growing product team. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of our platform — working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to build products that solve real problems for business customers and drive company growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, data, and business strategy.

What You'll Do

- Own the roadmap — Define, prioritize, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. - Drive discovery — Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and collaborate with sales and CS teams to deeply understand customer problems and unmet needs. - Lead delivery — Partner with engineering and design to translate insights into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; guide features from ideation through launch. - Set success metrics — Define KPIs for every initiative and use data to evaluate impact, iterate, and make trade-off decisions. - Enable go-to-market — Work with marketing, sales, and CS to plan and execute launches, create enablement materials, and drive adoption. - Influence strategy — Contribute to product vision, competitive positioning, and long-term strategy; stay current on industry trends and the B2B SaaS landscape. - Align stakeholders — Communicate priorities, progress, and decisions clearly across teams and leadership, managing competing demands with transparency.

What We're Looking For

Required - 3–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on a B2B SaaS product - Proven track record of shipping successful products end-to-end - Strong ability to synthesize qualitative (customer interviews, support tickets) and quantitative (usage analytics, funnel data) signals into clear product decisions - Experience writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and specs - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to executives and facilitating cross-functional alignment - Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes

Nice to Have - Experience in [relevant domain, e.g., fintech / HR tech / devtools / etc.] - Exposure to PLG (product-led growth) or self-serve SaaS models - Background in a technical discipline (engineering, data science) or prior startup experience - Experience with tools like Productboard, Amplitude, Figma, Jira, or Intercom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
