About the role
We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | Retail, E-Commerce & Supply Chain Transformation (Immediate Joiner Required)
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and solving complex business challenges?
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst (5–8 years of experience) to join our team and play a key role in transforming retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and omnichannel commerce operations.
What You'll Do:
Lead business discovery workshops and transformation initiatives
Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams
Drive initiatives across Order Management, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Warehouse Operations, and Omnichannel Commerce
Support Agile delivery, UAT, solution consulting, and pre-sales activities
What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Product Consulting, or Digital Transformation
Strong domain expertise in Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel Commerce
Experience with Order Management, Inventory Visibility, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations
Strong knowledge of BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Mapping, and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with IBM Sterling OMS, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
Exposure to WMS and Commerce Platforms
Product Management/Product Ownership experience
Knowledge of enterprise integrations and middleware platforms
Experience in consulting-led customer engagements
