Join our Global On Premise Trade Marketing Team as an International On Premise Trade Marketing Manager for the LSR segment at our Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria!

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS (TOP DOWN – BOTTOM UP APPROACH)

You’ll lead trade marketing strategies and activations for key global accounts while building strong relationships with marketing stakeholders across target accounts and their main international franchise groups. You’ll help shape new global partnership marketing frameworks and collaborate on strategic planning to align priorities. You’ll sell and negotiate impactful marketing programs that drive Red Bull’s awareness, distribution, and sales, while monitoring activations, optimizing performance, and closing potential gaps. Using Red Bull’s brand assets, you’ll unlock sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships while protecting brand equity and ensuring brand standards across all activations. You’ll champion a win-vs-competition mindset and represent Red Bull at key industry conventions and summits, positioning the brand as the #1 exhibiting and experience partner.

DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

You’ll lead the development of Red Bull’s product strategy within the LSR segment, leveraging new and existing initiatives to drive relevance and growth. You’ll manage and execute stakeholder engagement programs through staff initiatives, trade shows, conventions, and targeted industry hospitality. By combining On-Premise strategy with impactful marketing programs, you’ll drive large-scale segment activations that secure new business, increase demand, and execution across existing accounts.

MARKET SUPPORT

You’ll leverage your network to connect key customer stakeholders with their Red Bull counterparts at global, regional, and local levels. You’ll share best-in-class examples on how to win with global target accounts and outperform competitors, while highlighting key challenges and growth opportunities. Working closely with key markets, you’ll support the development of action plans and help adapt global tools to unlock local opportunities. You’ll also continuously challenge the status quo to drive stronger performance across markets.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

+5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands; experience in the QSR segment is a plus

University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience

Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages advantageous, but not required

Strong customer-facing background with solid understanding of On Premise trade, sales processes, and negotiation with Global and Regional Key Accounts

Strategic and analytical mindset, able to interpret complex trends and develop innovative strategies while maintaining the commercial big picture

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics across cultures

Highly organized and self-driven, with strong project management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for building new business partnerships in fast-paced environments

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.220 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
