Job description

The Team

Supports all financial review and processing of related activities, including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, pricing, review and approval for offers, contract management and providing support to field sales for quoting purposes. Ensures deals are structured and processed efficiently and align to policies. Reviews, interprets and confirms contract terms and conditions; works closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate. Verifies compliance with internal policies (and external regulations). Responsible for drafting, modifying and finalizing contracts, including new and add-on business. Responsible for the handling of day-to-day queries from groups including sales, sales development and account management teams using quoting tools and/or CRM system. May support sales enablement group. Resolves problems through research and consulting with internal support teams to identify the appropriate tools for success. Review and approve deals for customers and prospects. A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Commercial teams early in the sales cycle to structure complex, multi-element deals (including product, services, leasing, and maintenance components)

Provide financial guidance on deal structuring to maximize win probability while ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue recognition standards

Review and assess non-standard financial Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), including those impacting revenue timing and recognition

Evaluate, approve, and document deals to ensure alignment with revenue recognition policies and internal controls

Draft, review, and finalize contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams to resolve contractual and financial risks

Support RFP processes by providing financial and contractual input on complex proposals

Ensure all transactions have proper approvals and audit-ready documentation

Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and multi-element arrangements to identify revenue risks and ensure proper treatment

Act as a key point of contact for deal-related inquiries from Sales, Account Management, and other stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement of deal processes, tools, and policies

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations of revenue positions

Provide guidance and training to Sales and Sales Operations teams on financial policies and best practices

Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team

Interacts with:

Sales and Sales Operations teams across all levels

Regional Finance leadership and Revenue Management teams

Legal and Contracts teams

Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Controllers

Internal Audit and Compliance teams

Shared Service Centers (SSC)

External customers (as needed for deal clarification)

Cross-functional stakeholders across regions and functions

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

3–5 years of experience in deal support, revenue management, commercial finance, or similar roles

Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (IFRS)

Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash

Proven ability to structure and review complex commercial deals and contracts

Experience working with non-standard Terms & Conditions and managing approvals

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and solutions to enhance processes, improve decision-making, and drive innovation within the finance organization

English required; Spanish is a plus
