About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in New York City. This role is ideal for a natural salesperson with a proven track record of prospecting, generating leads, and closing business opportunities through direct outreach and relationship building.
The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging prospects through cold calling, networking, door-to-door prospecting, and in-person client meetings while promoting technology and consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting activities.
Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, networking events, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Schedule and conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Effectively communicate the value of our technology and consulting services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within CRM systems.
Manage multiple prospects, accounts, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, technology solutions, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales, business development, or field sales.
Demonstrated success with cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent Spanish and English (required).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in technology, including AI, Cloud, Analytics, ERP, and digital transformation solutions.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technology services, SaaS, consulting services, or professional services.
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM platforms.
Familiarity with IT Staffing, Outsourcing, Analytics, Cloud Platforms, or ERP solutions.

Candidates may be hired under either:
W2 Employment

Pay: Up to $5,500.00 per month
