About This

Role:As an OFCI Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery and integration of high-value, Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment for one of Crusoe’s flagship hyperscale data center campuses in Amarillo, Texas. You serve as the vital link between factory production and onsite energization, ensuring that long-lead assets—from massive switchgear and generators to complex cooling systems—move seamlessly from the manufacturing floor to fully commissioned systems. Your leadership is the safeguard against schedule delays, ensuring our infrastructure scales at the pace of the AI revolution without compromising our commitment to sustainable, mission-critical excell

You will act as the primary bridge between procurement, global vendors, and onsite MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) trades. Range:Compensation will be paid in the range of $160,000 – $175,000, plus Restricted Stock Units. Final compensation is based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market
