We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Production Manager; with passion in what you do, talented and experienced; to coordinate the management and planning of CubeSat subsystem production while leading a team of production technicians. You will be involved in project planning, quality management, risk identification, and cross-functional coordination with different departments to ensure the successful execution and delivery of products.

What you will be doing?

Plan and coordinate production activities.

Support project planning and contribute to proposal preparation by providing expert knowledge of the technologies within the area.

Collaborate closely with other Team Managers and Project Managers in the development of projects and products.

Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities.

Participate in the Quality Assurance System, reporting and managing non-conformities within the area together with the Quality System Manager.

Review and approve product documentation prior to customer release.

Lead, manage, and develop the production team.

What do we need in our team

Degree in a technical discipline such as Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in production processes related to electronics manufacturing.

Previous experience in project management and team leadership.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Valuable knowledge:

ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) standards.

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

IPC standards for electronic product manufacturing.

Mechanical parts manufacturing processes.

Previous experience working with the Odoo ERP system.

Candidate qualifications and skills

Work remotely a percentage of the time to be defined with the manager
