Product Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility

Key roles requirement:

5-10 years of Product Management experience

Ensure profitable strategic investments by focusing on the most valuable opportunities

Build strategic product roadmap and plan based on market potential

Balance team capacity against demand

Leverages market research, customer / user needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (e.g., target customers, markets, channels, value proposition)

Ensure necessary governance across entire product lifecycle

Own and define healthy product backlog for team

Key Practitioner skills:

Product strategy & roadmap

Prioritization and release planning

Discovery , design thinking & requirement specification (Features, Stories)

Go-to-market strategy

Advance understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum / SAFe)- PI/Sprint planning & execution

Stakeholder management & cross-functional team collaboration

Product analytics and performance measurement

Ability to use AI as a force multiplier for product discovery, planning, and delivery

Fundamental skills & traits:

Consumer / Business / Wealth / Corporate banking domain knowledge

Understanding of technical aspects including API & Integration, Microservices & Event-driven architecture

Customer-centric and outcome-oriented
