Own the technical vision and architecture of the global loyalty platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across systems
Design and implement loyalty solutions for:
B2B: rebates, bonus schemes, tier programs, contract-based incentives
B2C: points systems, digital wallets, promotions, and personalized engagement
Translate business needs into technical epics, features, and user stories, with strong focus on APIs, system integrations, and data flows
Define end-to-end system flows (frontend & backend) for loyalty journeys (accrual, redemption, settlement, engagement)
Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, e-commerce, pricing engines, and order management systems
Design scalable data models and tracking frameworks for both high-volume consumer data and complex B2B financial logic
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, and platform stability
Lead Agile development and act as the key technical interface between engineering and business stakeholders
Define and execute testing strategies, ensuring quality of business rules, APIs, and financial calculations
Manage releases, deployments, and platform operations, ensuring high availability and reliability
Ensure compliance with GDPR, IT security standards, and financial governance requirements
Support data analytics, reporting, and customer segmentation initiatives
Strong technical background in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
Experience with system integrations across ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, e-commerce, and data platforms
Ability to design scalable architectures, data models, and complex rule engines
Deep understanding of B2B loyalty models (rebates, contract pricing, volume incentives)
Knowledge of B2C loyalty mechanics (points, promotions, wallets, subscriptions, engagement tools)
Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Azure DevOps
Strong product mindset combining customer-centric thinking with technical decision-making
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa
Experience working with cross-functional global teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT)
Knowledge of IT security, identity & access management, and data privacy (GDPR)
Experience in ophthalmic/optical or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
