The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join Lipton Teas & Infusions at our global headquarters in Amsterdam. This is a senior, hands-on role within a lean legal team, offering broad exposure across a global, fast-moving business.

You will act as a trusted legal partner to senior stakeholders, supporting commercial, corporate and compliance matters while helping the business manage risk and operate effectively in a complex international environment.

What you will do

Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial, procurement and R&D or innovation agreements

Support corporate governance, compliance and sustainability initiatives across the organisation

Identify, assess and manage legal risks and support the resolution of disputes where required

What you bring

Qualified lawyer under Dutch law

5 to 8 years of experience in contract and corporate law

Strong experience operating in a complex and regulated environment

Experience supporting international organisations in a commercial context

Fluency in English and Dutch

Experience gained in both private practice and in-house settings is advantageous

Experience within FMCG or a similarly dynamic sector is a plus
