HSE & Energy Systems Manager - (m/f/d / All Genders Welcome)

Your Role
As our HSE & Energy Systems Manager, you will:
Support in the further development of internal processes and systems in the Grammer Group
Digitization and optimization of HSE & Energy processes
Training and support of employees in questions regarding the application of HSE & Energy relevant systems
Expansion and maintenance of new and existing systems in GBS / ARAS / Jira
Organization of appropriate training courses to maintain the necessary expertise in the organization
Support in the preparation of CSR-relevant reports
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
Engineer, technician or master craftsman with several years of professional experience and relevant specialist additional qualifications
Minimum five years of professional experience in a relevant field
Good command of English language
Auditor qualification, e.g. ISO 19011 or higher, is considered an advantage
Process-oriented approach and understanding of automotive industry standards and requirements
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements
Technical understanding and ability to work with technical documentation
Basic knowledge or qualification in the field of IT
Knowledge of methods for data collection and analysis, as well as prevention methods
Experience with OJT — On the Job Training
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge of audit methodology
Moderation and communication skills
Knowledge of relevant standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949
Basic knowledge of legal requirements relevant to the area of responsibility
