About the role

[What the role is]

The Transformation Office drives the organisation’s data and digital transformation efforts across strategy, platforms, and governance.

The team works closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and scale data capabilities that support data-driven decision-making and operational effectiveness across the organisation.

[What you will be working on]

This portfolio plays a key part in driving enterprise data strategy and adoption, as well as the development and management of data platforms and governance frameworks.

Data Strategy and Transformation

Lead and support work related to the development and execution of enterprise-wide data strategy, including identifying opportunities to drive data-driven transformation.

Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs) and support the design and implementation of pilot initiatives to enable new capabilities.

Data Platform and Product Management

Serve as the Product Owner for the organisation’s data analytics platform, contributing to product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritisation.

Work with stakeholders to drive platform adoption and usage, while enhancing user experience across business users, data engineers, scientists, and analysts.

Collaborate with internal teams, including the Transformation Office, to support the build-up of data capabilities across the organisation.

Data Governance and Capability Development

Contribute to the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, including areas such as data modelling, metadata management, data quality, and master data management.

Support the development of organisational capabilities through training, advisory, and engagement with data owners and stakeholders.

[What we are looking for]

What You’ll Be Using and Applying

Experience in product management, data platforms, data analytics, or data management, with the ability to translate user needs into practical technology solutions.

Ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative approaches (e.g. user research, data analysis) to improve product adoption and user experience.

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams to drive alignment and outcomes.

Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect business use cases to end-to-end technology solutions.

A strong user-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions that meet evolving needs.
