Job Responsibilities:

L’Ingénieur(e) Amélioration Continue est un acteur majeur dans le service et dans l’usine. Il est le principal relais du Responsable WCM et travaille en relations avec tous les services pour :

Coordonner l’activité WCM au sein du site et mettre en pratique les standards et outils Lean & World Class Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Analyse de la valeur, Travail standard…).

Promouvoir et déployer le standard MAFACT au sein du site.

Piloter les plans d’actions et des projets liés à l’amélioration continue (suivi des coûts, VAVE, comité Energie, écarts 5S & Kamishibai)
