General Responsibilities:

To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests

To comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel

To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel

Specific duties:

Preparing ingredients for Head & Sous chefs

Maintaining high standards of hygiene

Taking directions from both Head and Sous chef

What are we looking for?

Ability to multitask and prioritise is important

Ability to work in a busy kitchen

Possess a good knowledge of HACCP

Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
