Do you want to be part of a fast-growing international team where you have real ownership and room to grow? At WP SEO AI, you'll play a key role in launching our brand-new SEA product - bringing paid search expertise and hands-on client support to over 2,100 businesses across Europe.

Salary: Starting from €4,000/month plus performance-based incentives

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a SEA (Search Engine Advertisement) Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of launching our new Search Engine Advertising product across our entire client base of 2,100+ businesses. You'll ultimately manage a portfolio of around 60 clients - mostly small and medium-sized businesses from a wide range of industries - and guide them through onboarding, strategy, and results on our new SEA offering.

Your role combines paid search expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. You're the trusted partner for your clients when it comes to SEA: translating campaign data into clear actions, advising on bidding strategies, ad copy, and budget allocation, and helping them get the most out of our platform. You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months, building long-term relationships and measurable success.

As one of the first Specialists dedicated to this new product, you'll have real influence over how we roll it out, shape the client journey, and feed insights back into the product team. This is a ground-floor opportunity on a product launch with massive scale from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead onboarding for clients onto our new SEA product and ensure a smooth, confident start

Manage a portfolio of 60–80 clients and drive their paid search performance and growth

Build and execute SEA strategies using our AI-powered platform, including campaign setup, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimisation

Translate campaign data and reporting into clear, actionable advice for clients

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months

Act as a key voice of the customer internally - sharing feedback to shape the SEA product roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on SEA experience - you know your way around Google Ads, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and performance metrics

Experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role

Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-minded attitude

Affinity with digital marketing, SaaS, or data-driven performance environments

Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
