Location: Dhamatvan, Ahmedabad Industry: Machinery Manufacturing / Engineering (Mandatory) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Head or Senior HR Manager.
Experience in Machinery Manufacturing or Engineering industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
