Requirements

Candidate must own a Bike and possess a valid Driving License.

Good knowledge of accounting and administrative functions.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and financial records.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.

Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.

Generate basic financial and MIS reports.

Administration Responsibilities

Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.

Maintain office files, records, and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Handle office purchases and inventory management.

Support staff with administrative requirements.

Visit banks, vendors, or other locations when required using own bike.
