Accounts Executive

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Tally ERP, Excel, and a sound understanding of accounting principles, TDS, and GST compliance. This role involves day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, filing work, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.

· Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

· Prepare and assist in TDS calculation, deduction.

· Assist in GST return preparation.

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.

· Handle filing work and maintain organized records.

· Support the finance team in audits and statutory compliances.

· Carry out miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

· Basic understanding of TDS and GST.

· Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

· 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
