Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Operations Executive to support our finance and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting processes, vendor coordination, documentation, and day-to-day operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.

Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and expense reports.

Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Prepare MIS reports and support monthly financial closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Operations:

Handle daily operational activities and administrative tasks.

Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and process execution.

Monitor vendor management and support procurement-related activities.

Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP systems preferred).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.

1.5 to 2.5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Operations.
