Job Summary:
WIN (INDIA) EXPORT is seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations at our garment manufacturing plant in Patravakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full compliance, payroll management, audit readiness, and team leadership at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.) in line with industry and government regulations.
Manage complete payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Act as Plant HR Head, handling day-to-day HR operations and serving as the point of contact for all HR matters at the factory.
Lead, guide, and manage the on-ground HR and admin team, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for internal and external audits, and actively participate during audit visits.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures in a professional and fair manner.
Support the onboarding, training, and retention strategies for factory staff and workers.
Collaborate with top management to implement HR policies aligned with company goals.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
