Job responsibilities:

Monitor incident trends and provide insights for continuous improvement of processes.

Prepare and present incident reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and resolutions.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management or a similar role within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
