As Lead Solutions Engineer, in charge of Benelux Area you will :
Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions, ensuring robustness from concept to delivery (costing, risk mitigation, scalability)
Shape customers’ logistics strategies by challenging the status quo and proposing innovative, value-driven alternatives
Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies that drive winning outcomes
Influence key stakeholders by clearly articulating the value of Exotec solutions and building strong technical alignment
Collaborate with partners and suppliers to co-create best-in-class solutions, challenging them to reach the highest standards
Drive technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting Sales through complex project leadership
Act as a recognized expert in a key technical domain, elevating team capabilities and decision-making
Empower teams and partners by creating impactful training content and sharing best practices
Requirements
Engineering or supply chain background, with a strong track record in complex solution design
Proven experience in engaging with demanding customers in a pre-sales or solution-driven environment
Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise
Ability to influence, convince and navigate complex stakeholder environments
Natural leadership, with a drive to mentor and elevate others
Fluent English and Dutch, comfortable operating in an international context
