What You’ll Be Doing

Software Development & Engineering

Design and develop backend and full‑stack applications using modern programming languages and frameworks

Build solutions leveraging cloud‑native architectures, including APIs, microservices, and containerized environments

Deliver high‑performance, scalable systems that enhance customer experiences

Best Practices & Innovation

Apply Test‑Driven Development (TDD) principles throughout the development lifecycle

Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and engineering practices

Identify inefficiencies and solve complex technical problems from concept through deployment

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Work within Agile teams to design, build, test, and deploy technical solutions

Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across development layers

Contribute to improving engineering standards and overall development practices

Knowledge Sharing & Technical Growth

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software development

Participate in internal and external technical communities

Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Communicate technical concepts effectively through documentation and presentations

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of hands‑on experience in application development

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of development experience with modern programming languages

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies

Hands‑on experience with AWS or cloud platforms (certification is a plus)

Experience working with:

Distributed systems and microservices

APIs and cloud‑based architectures

Databases (relational, NoSQL, or time‑series)

Data processing, streaming, or messaging systems

DevOps practices, including system resilience and reliability
