Role: Lead Generation Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO preferred

Salary: $75-105k DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for a Lead Generation Coordinator with a background in experiential and events new business for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential brands, and event or experience opportunities within target verticals.

Initiate engagement through customized email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and professional networking to generate interest.

Vet incoming and outgoing leads to ensure they meet our criteria before transitioning them to Business Development.

Manage the initial funnel by scheduling introductory and discovery sessions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and pipeline progress.

Create outreach campaigns, sales collateral, and industry-specific communication strategies.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to pinpoint emerging opportunities.

Support proposal development and represent the agency at networking events.

Requirements

2-3+ years in sales development, lead generation, or client-facing roles with an agency setting that focuses on events and experiences.

Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or similar required.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and a natural ability to build rapport.

Exceptional written and verbal skills.

Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting Account Executives or Sales Directors.

Familiarity with the B2B/B2C experiential and events landscape.
