About the role
Responsibilities
Raise the overall test quality and maturity of the system by driving and managing end-to-end software product testing.
Define, refine, and standardize QA frameworks, including testing processes, practices, and tools that enable continuous testing.
Prepare and review UAT plans for projects to align with business and technical requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate UAT sessions, while also leading SIT and UAT testing to ensure smooth user acceptance.
Provide detailed SIT and UAT defect reports, track progress, and monitor issue resolution.
Develop modular, reusable, and maintainable test scripts for efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in automation or manual testing.
Proven experience in QA testing within Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with no-code/low-code testing platforms (advantage).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
