Job responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on software design and architecture.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
