Job Description
As a Consumer Data Analyst, you will turn complex consumer data into clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze consumer and business data from various sources (CRM, e-commerce, retail, products, etc.) to support customer strategy and operational plans
Collaborating with Data Scientists on predictive analytics projects (segmentation, clustering, machine learning)
Work with the Power BI team to maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to support business teams in their decision-making
Ensure data quality and reliability
Design scalable analytical frameworks and reusable templates to enable faster and more consistent decision-making
Build strong relationships with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support data needs
Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy
Identify new opportunities to enhance consumer understanding through innovative analytics and new data sources
Qualifications
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Strong knowledge of programming languages
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (engineering school or business school)
Language :
Fluent in English
Technical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
Good communication skills to present analyses clearly and effectively
Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Power BI)
Ability to work independently with data
Knowledge of SQL and cloud data environments is a plus
