As an SSIS Data Engineer - Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. This role emphasizes learning, adaptability, and teamwork, with a focus on taking ownership and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities
Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
Implementing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to support client needs
Leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to convert raw data into actionable insights
Utilizing platforms such as Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory for data orchestration and management
Applying data modeling and dimensional modeling techniques to optimize data architecture
Managing data quality, validation, and anonymization processes to maintain data integrity
Collaborating with team members to address diverse client challenges and deliver value
Engaging in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and adapt to new technologies
Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success
Participating in feedback loops to refine processes and improve performance
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks
Utilizing Apache Hadoop and Apache Airflow for data processing tasks
Developing skills in Snowflake Data Warehouse and Snowflake Schema
Excelling in data architecture development and data integration techniques
Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative data solutions
Engaging in active listening and teamwork to enhance project outcomes
Travel Requirements
