Business Development Manager (BDM)
About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional who can handle end-to-end sales along with operational responsibilities across multiple industries including Real Estate, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Hospitality, and both B2B & B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets
Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and digital platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations related to sales and service delivery
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects/orders
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor operational efficiency and suggest improvements
Maintain records, reports, and MIS data
Client Handling & Relationship Management:
Act as a single point of contact for clients
Resolve client queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
Develop long-term partnerships with key clients
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Suggest new strategies for business expansion
Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities
Key Skills Required:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle both field sales and operational tasks
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Background:
Experience in any of the following sectors: Real Estate, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Hospitality
Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales
Prior experience in handling operations along with sales is an advantage
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel (if field role)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
