We are currently looking for motivated and confident Business Development Associates (Freshers) who can communicate with potential candidates, explain our services professionally, and help convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential candidates through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
Perform cold calling to generate and qualify leads.
Explain Edurech Technology services in a professional and clear manner.
Understand candidate career goals and guide them about our services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Schedule consultation calls with the recruitment team.
Maintain records of calls, conversations, and leads.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in English.
Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with new people daily.
Ability to handle pressure and manage stress in a sales environment.
Professional attitude while communicating with candidates.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).
Must be comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone).
