About the role
Position : Business Development Intern
Location : Gurugram
Conduct market research to identify potential factories and industries requiring ERP solutions.
Initiate cold calling/mailers/LinkedIn reach-outs to connect with decision-makers and gather their requirements.
Build and update a database of companies identified, and key persons identified (e.g., procurement managers, decision-makers).
Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches, presentations, and quotations.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activities (calls, emails, demos, and meetings).
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve client engagement.
Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and new opportunities to the supervisor.

Other requirements:
Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for lead tracking and data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling, client outreach, and relationship building.
Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in working independently while providing regular updates to the team.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities effectively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
