Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will support business growth through market research, sales activities, digital marketing initiatives, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies.

· Generate and follow up on leads to support business development.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Support digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.

· Coordinate with e-commerce marketplaces and internal teams for smooth operations.

· Monitor sales performance and prepare reports using Excel and other tools.

· Assist in managing product listings, promotions, and online catalogs.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

· Support customer engagement and help resolve queries.

Required Skills:

· MBA in Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or a related field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.

· Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Preferred:

Internship experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce.

Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flip kart, or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
