Performance Marketing Manager
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Scale high-performing campaigns for maximum ROI
Handle daily ad spends of ₹50K – ₹1 Lakh+
Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA & conversions
Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team
Coordinate with creative and sales teams for campaign execution
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience handling skincare, beauty, or D2C brands preferred
Agency candidates with direct brand handling experience can also apply
Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
Experience handling large-scale ad budgets
Working: 6 days working
