Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with Bhavyata Foundation’s mission and programs.
Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Create engaging posts, reels, graphics, videos, and impact stories.
Schedule and automate content publishing using digital scheduling tools.
Monitor trends and optimize content for reach and engagement.
AI & Content Creation
Utilize AI tools for content generation, campaign ideation, copywriting, image creation, video scripting, and workflow automation.
Create impactful storytelling content highlighting beneficiaries, communities, artisans, education, nutrition, sustainability, and livelihood initiatives.
Develop blogs, articles, success stories, donor communications, and thought leadership content.
Google Ads & Analytics
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Google Ad Grants.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
Fundraising & Crowdfunding
Design and launch fundraising campaigns on crowdfunding platforms such as Milaap, Ketto, GiveIndia, ImpactGuru, GlobalGiving, and others.
Create campaign narratives, donor journeys, fundraising creatives, and communication assets.
Support donor acquisition, retention, and engagement through digital channels.
CSR Communications
Develop CSR proposals, communication collateral, presentations, impact reports, newsletters, and partnership materials.
Create communication strategies for corporate partners and CSR stakeholders.
Document project impact through stories, case studies, photographs, videos, and reports.
Campaign Management
Conceptualize and execute awareness, fundraising, education, nutrition, sustainability, heritage preservation, and livelihood campaigns.
Coordinate with program teams to translate field impact into compelling communication assets.
Measure campaign performance and prepare management reports.
Desired Experience
3–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, or Social Impact Marketing.
Experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations, social enterprises, development organizations, or impact-focused initiatives.
Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement.
Experience with AI marketing tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
Experience managing NGO communications, CSR partnerships, or fundraising campaigns is highly desirable.
