Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sports venues. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in sports venue or facility management and has the ability to manage teams, coordinate events, and ensure a seamless experience for our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end daily operations of one or more Rulo sports venues

Manage and lead a team of ground staff, supervisors, and support personnel

Coordinate scheduling of courts, fields, and facilities to maximize utilization

Ensure all venues meet safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards at all times

Plan and execute sports events, tournaments, and member activities

Manage vendor relationships including equipment suppliers, maintenance contractors, and housekeeping

Monitor and report on operational KPIs such as utilization rates, footfall, and member satisfaction

Handle member escalations and resolve operational issues promptly

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for venue promotions and community engagement

Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements for sports facilities

Manage daily cash operations, billing coordination, and basic P&L oversight

Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and member experience

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

3–4 years of experience in sports venue, recreation facility, or hospitality operations

Proven experience in team management and ground-level operations leadership

Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and be comfortable with local travel across Delhi

Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate immediately

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in managing multi-sport or co-working/community spaces

Familiarity with venue management software or booking systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle high-footfall operational environments

Passion for sports and community-driven activities

Working Conditions

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: As per operational requirements (may include weekends and evenings)

Work Location: Rulo Venue(s), Delhi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
