Job Description

We undertake various O&M, Cargo Handling, Internal

Transportation and other contracts with large corporations at

different locations in India. The GM Operations will be

responsible for managing the works as a profit center head

from HO and also look after Admin and HR Functions at HO.

Primary Responsibilities

1. To ensure day-to-day operations are carried out as per

service level agreements - (SLA).

2. To create and manage reporting systems for effective

management and control

3. To ensure the availability of equipment, plant and

machinery by coordinating proper maintenance

4. To establish proper liaison with principals and clients for

the proper execution of work

5. To prepare the budget and to ensure that operations are

carried out as per the budget

6. To work out costings for tenders and quotations.

7. Manpower planning and overall management of HR.

8. To ensure HR / IR issues are addressed by active liaison

with local authorities and politicians etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Coordination of purchase for spares and consumables.

2. Ensure all safety HSEs compliances are met with and work

is carried out with the highest safety standards.

3. Carry out regular performance assessments of the team as

per the SOP.

4. General administration of all locations.

Education Preferably Engineer with MBA

Qualification

Experience 10 - 15 Years’ experience as head of operations / production

Skills Required Functional:
