Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of skill development projects aimed at underprivileged youth and women. The role involves ensuring timely implementation, achieving targets, and maintaining high-quality standards while fostering collaborations with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Develop and execute project plans aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of training programs such as ITES, web and graphic designing, Canva, beauty and wellness, and Tally.
Coordinate mobilization efforts to ensure maximum participation and impact.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers and field staff.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government agencies.
Ensure effective communication with donors and partners to meet their expectations.
Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor project performance against KPIs and deadlines.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget Management
Plan and manage project budgets efficiently.
Ensure resource allocation aligns with project objectives.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Adhere to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet beneficiary needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3–5 years in project management within the development sector.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
