We’re Looking For...
An Assistant Project Manager with proven built form contractor side experience in commercial building or similar who is ready to step into a broad and hands-on delivery role. We are after someone who is motivated to invest in a long-term career with a business that offers genuine growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Support the delivery of built form projects from design through to construction, handover and defects, working closely with Project and Development Managers
Contribute to achieving time, cost and quality outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across contractors, consultants and internal teams
Assist with key contract administration activities including variations, progress claims and defect resolution
Play a key role in maintaining a customer first approach across the project lifecycle
Be actively involved across site, with regular travel to projects based in the Geelong region
About You
You enjoy being close to delivery and working across both the commercial and design aspects of projects. You are known for your balanced approach, strong communication and ability to see different perspectives while keeping outcomes on track.
Experience & Skills That Count
Demonstrated experience in built form construction projects from a contractor, client side or similar environment.
Strong exposure gained over several years supporting commercial or residential building projects
Solid grounding in commercial and financial aspects of project delivery
Experience supporting contract administration processes across live construction projects
Confidence working with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to site within the Geelong region
