Head of Operations & Expansion

Milky is growing fast.

What started as one location is now expanding into a larger hospitality concept and I’m currently looking for a Head of Operations & Expansion to help build the next phase together with me.

This is not a standard management role.

I’m looking for someone who:

takes ownership,

can build structure and systems,

understands hospitality operations,

can lead teams,

and gets excited about scaling multiple locations.

You’ll work directly alongside me and play a major role in the future growth of Milky Amsterdam.

Hospitality/F&B experience is important. Experience with multi-location operations, scaling, or franchise concepts is a strong plus.

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who wants to grow long-term and help build something meaningful together.
