Could you be the full-time Supply Chain VIE in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, logistics, and production teams), support cross-functional projects, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of operational and strategic tasks across supply chain processes, but also foster active communication with suppliers to ensure smooth processes.

We’ll look to you for:

Efficient and effective execution of standardized supply chain and procurement processes

Operational order processing in SAP, including tracking and securing order confirmations

Contributing to cross-functional supply chain projects

Assessing material availability and managing escalations in case of supply shortages

Handling Non-Conformity Reports (NCR)

Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Material Inventory Turn (MIT), inventory levels, and missing parts

Supporting supply chain digitalization initiatives, such as Ariba

All About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field

First experience or solid understanding of supply chain processes and procurement

First experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Familiarity with key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis

A certification in supply chain, procurement, project management, or LEAN would be a plus

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Important to note

As a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in. We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.
