Business Analyst

The Role

Work with key stakeholders to address business challenges

Document 'As Is' processes and define 'To Be' processes for improved performance

Produce business cases and identify solutions to drive the business forward

Identify off-the-shelf solutions and work with software vendors for application implementation

Produce detailed specifications for bespoke developments with in-house teams

Identify and implement process improvements to address business challenges

What You'll Need

Proven experience as a Business Analyst

Ability to manage a varied workload and add significant value

Experience working in a highly regulated business sector (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Pensions, Telecoms)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
