Customer Success Manager – (Amsterdam-based)
A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to help its best-in-class platform in the Netherlands. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships and driving customer success in a collaborative, global team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a customer segment, fostering strong relationships and delivering measurable value.
Onboard, guide, and train users to maximize platform adoption and engagement.
Collaborate with Sales on pricing, negotiations, and demonstrating solutions to clients.
Provide customer insights to Product and GTM teams to influence strategy and offerings.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, staying informed on industry trends.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS/tech.
Experience in professional services environments such as Financial Services, Investment Banking, Legal, or Corporate Finance.
Proven success in growing accounts through strategic, consultative planning.
Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
Analytical, proactive, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
Essential Criteria
Based in the Netherlands and able to travel as required.
Minimum 3 days/week in the Amsterdam office.
German or Dutch speaking.
