Our stores are the heart of everything we do. Technology is the backbone that keeps them running — and as we accelerate global expansion, we're looking for a technology leader who gets retail from the inside out.

The Role

As Head of IT, you will own the full technology landscape that powers our global store network. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability — from keeping every existing location running flawlessly, to delivering the complete IT setup for every new store we open around the world. You'll set the IT strategy, lead a global team, and be the primary technology partner for our Retail and Operations leadership.

What You'll Do

Own global store IT operations — ensuring maximum uptime across POS systems, in-store networks, payment infrastructure, clienteling tools, and connected devices across our entire estate

Lead new store openings end-to-end — scoping, procuring, installing, and configuring the complete IT environment for every new location, on time and on opening day

Define and execute our IT strategy — building a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with Suitsupply's global growth plans

Ensure security and compliance across all stores — designing and enforcing IT security policies that protect customer data and payment systems in every market we operate in

Drive digital transformation in retail — leading initiatives that enhance the in-store experience and bridge physical and digital operations

Build and lead a high-performing IT team — attracting and developing talent with deep retail expertise and a culture of ownership and speed

Partner closely with Retail and Operations leadership — translating business needs into technology solutions with direct impact on store performance

Who You Are

A proven retail IT leader with hands-on experience managing technology across a multi-site, international store network in retail industry

Experienced in delivering IT infrastructure for new store openings — at scale, across multiple geographies

Technically strong across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise software

Operationally obsessed — you take personal ownership of uptime, reliability, and incident resolution

A confident communicator with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science required; CISSP, PMP or equivalent certifications are a strong plus
