Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

Contribute to the development and evolution of product vision, objectives, and roadmap initiatives.

Own and manage product features throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and validation through delivery and optimization.

Ensure product decisions align with customer needs, business priorities, and strategic goals.

Customer Discovery & Validation

Partner with design, engineering, and business teams to uncover customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.

Validate assumptions through iterative testing, prototypes, pilot programs, and data-driven experiments.

Leverage customer feedback, behavioral insights, and performance metrics to guide product enhancements.

Backlog Management & Delivery

Translate business needs and customer problems into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize product backlog items based on customer value, business impact, and implementation feasibility.

Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and facilitate efficient execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work effectively with Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, Operations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and intuitive product experiences.

Foster alignment across teams by communicating product priorities, decisions, and trade-offs clearly.

Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Market & Customer Insight

Develop a deep understanding of small business customers, their operational challenges, and evolving expectations.

Monitor industry developments, competitive offerings, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations that may impact the product landscape.

Bring customer-centric thinking into every stage of product development.

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.

Experience working within Agile product development environments.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
