Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test for SharePoint and Power Platform. The candidate will be responsible for validating custom-developed solutions on Power Apps and Power Automate, performing post-migration data verification in the target environment. Shape Key Responsibilities Testing & Validation Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration validation. Experience in validating custom workflows, business rules, and integrations Strong experience in SDET / QA testing for migration projects. Good understanding of functional testing. Experience in validating custom workflows, business rules, and integrations. Perform data validation between source and target environments. Ensure data integrity, permissions, and metadata consistency post-migration. Required Skills Technical Skills SharePoint Basic knowledge. Excel Macro’s. Basic knowledge of Power Apps and Automate (Good to have). PowerShell scripting knowledge. Shape Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability Excellent communication and documentation writing skills. Ability to work in fast-paced migration timelines
