Senior Developer – AI, Data Science, Core Java & Spring (Innovation)

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Core Java and Spring Boot to contribute to innovative projects under Innovation vertical for NBBL. This role focuses on hands-on development, coding and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including LLM-based applications, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. The candidate will work on integrating vector databases, applying prompt engineering techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.

Implement APIs and ensure adherence to security best practices.

Build and deploy AI/ML models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Integrate LLM-powered solutions using LangChain and related frameworks.

Develop RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases.

Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM responses for business use cases.

Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines for real-time analytics.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and compliance with security standards.

Explore emerging AI technologies (LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face) and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot for application development.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience integrating LLM-based solutions using LangChain and LlamaIndex.

Knowledge of vector databases and RAG pipelines.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Familiarity with open-source AI tools and libraries.
